10 o'clock in the evening. San Antonio, Texas. Two young guys standing in a bus shelter playing the pipes - very competently. Had to stop and ask! They're a couple of ex-band musicians who thought it would be a good idea to do a little busking. The opportunities for making a little cash seemed rather thin on the ground, as did the number of people around but maybe this terrific town is more popular with tourists in daylight......

No, I never made any money either!!!
Apparently there are 5 pipe bands in San Antonio, the first known piper here died with Davy Crockett just round the corner at the Alamo.
